Eastspring Investments Announces Appointment of Head of Quantitative Strategies

SINGAPORE (30 September 2025) – Eastspring Investments (“Eastspring”), the USD275 billion¹ asset management business of Prudential plc (“Prudential”), today announced the appointment of Ioannis Kampouris as Head of Quantitative Strategies (QS), effective 6 October 2025. Based in Singapore, Ioannis will report to Vis Nayar, Chief Investment Officer of Eastspring Investments

In this role, Ioannis will lead Eastspring’s Quantitative Strategies team and strengthen analytics capabilities, drive thought leadership in cross-asset quantitative research, and commercialise systematic strategies. He joins Eastspring from HSBC Asset Management in the UK, where he served as Co-Head of Quantitative Equity Strategies and oversaw the firm’s global quantitative capability.

Ioannis holds an MSc in Computational Statistics & Machine Learning from University College London and an MEng in Computer Engineering & Informatics from the University of Patras, Greece.
