This website is operated and maintained by Eastspring Investments (Luxembourg) S.A. (the “Management Company”). It is a public limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and having its registered office at 26, Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Eastspring Investments (Luxembourg) S.A. is approved to act as a management company in accordance with chapter 15 of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment (the "2010 Law"), as amended. It acts as the management company for Eastspring Investments (the "SICAV"). The SICAV is an open-ended investment company with variable capital (société d’investissement à capital variable) registered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on the official list of collective investment undertakings pursuant to Part I of the 2010 law and the Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Union Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 (the "UCITS Directive"), as amended.

The SICAV is, across Europe, authorized for distribution in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. However some sub-funds and/or share classes may not be available for sale in all jurisdictions. Where appropriate, prospective investors should enquire with the Management Company about registration of the SICAV sub-funds and/or share classes in the country(ies) where they operate.

All transactions into the SICAV should be based on the current Prospectus and the Key Investor Information Document (KIID) of the relevant sub-fund in applicable local language (collectively, the “Offering Documents”). The Offering Documents, together with the articles of incorporation and the most recent financial reports of the SICAV are available on this website. Printed copies may be obtained free of charge from the Management Company.

Investors should read the Offering Documents and seek professional advice before making any investment decision. In the event that investor chooses not to seek advice, he should consider carefully whether the fund in question is suitable for him.
