The Eastspring Investments – Asian Equity Income Fund (“the Fund”) invests mainly in companies across the Asia Pacific ex Japan region and seeks to generate both long-term growth and income for investors.
Asian dividend-paying companies may offer investors a source of regular income while providing exposure to the long-term growth potential of Asian economies. Many Asian companies have a strong focus on shareholder returns through dividends1, making the region an attractive hunting ground for income-focused investors. Dividends are not guaranteed and may fluctuate.

The Fund may be suitable for investors seeking long-term capital growth and income, are comfortable with risks of an equity fund that invests in the Asia Pacific ex Japan Region and accept that their capital may be at risk and that the value of their investment and any derived income may fall as well as rise.
The Fund offers distributing share classes, which may pay dividends in accordance with the Fund's distribution policy. Distribution of dividends are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and there is no guarantee any distribution will be made.
The Fund has a maximum initial sales charge of 5% and annual management fee of 1.5% p.a. for Class A, AADM (hedged), ADM, AS, AS (hedged), ASDM shares. You can refer to the prospectus for fees on other share classes. The initial sales charge may vary at the discretion of the distributor in accordance with its terms and conditions.
