Eastspring Investments (“Eastspring”), the US$125 billion Asian investment management arm of Prudential plc, and one of Asia’s largest investment managers, today announced the appointment of Mr Jamie Vachon as Head of Information Technology. Mr Vachon commenced in his role on 1 February 2016 and will be responsible for IT across Eastspring.

Reporting to Phil Stockwell, Chief Operating Officer, Mr Vachon will drive the technology agenda and delivery for Eastspring and play a lead role in the technology transformation currently underway at the asset management firm.

Mr Vachon joins Eastspring from AMP Australia, where he held a number of senior IT roles including Head of Technology for Insurance and Head of Technology for AMP Capital. Previously he worked at Infosys where he led a number of significant work programmes.
