Eastspring Investments Appoints Pierre-Julien Jandrain as Chief Risk Officer

Appointment reflects Eastspring's continued focus on strong governance, disciplined risk management and robust oversight

SINGAPORE (8 October 2026) – Eastspring Investments (“Eastspring”), the USD291 billion¹ asset management business of Prudential plc (“Prudential”), today announced the appointment of Pierre-Julien (PJ) Jandrain as Chief Risk Officer, effective 12 October 2026.

Based in Singapore, PJ succeeds Terence Lim and will lead Eastspring's Risk, Compliance and Legal function. He will report to Rajeev Mittal, Chief Executive Officer, and join the Eastspring Executive Management Committee.

PJ brings more than 20 years of experience across investment risk, portfolio construction and performance management. He joined Eastspring in 2022 as Head of Portfolio Risk and was appointed Head of Investment Risk & Performance in 2025. Prior to Eastspring, he held investment risk leadership and portfolio risk roles at PIMCO, Invesco and Amundi.

PJ holds a Master of Science from ENIB Engineering School and an MBA from IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder.
