Jakarta, 1 September 2020 – PT Eastspring Investments Indonesia (Eastspring Indonesia), one of the largest asset manager in Indonesia, announced a strategic partnership for distribution of mutual funds together with PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (Maybank Indonesia).
Through this partnership, Eastspring Indonesia’s products will be offered by Maybank Indonesia, including Eastspring Investments Alpha Navigator (equity fund), Eastspring Investments Yield Discovery Fund, Eastspring Investments IDR High Grade fund (fixed income fund) and Eastspring Investments Cash Reserve (money market fund).
The signing ceremony was held on Monday, 31 August 2020 and attended by Head, Segmentation & WM Product, Maybank Indonesia, Glant Saputra Hadi and President Director, Eastspring Indonesia, Alan J. Tangkas Darmawan in Jakarta.

Glant conveyed that today’s society understands the importance of a secure financial future, especially in retirement. "To ensure Indonesian citizens are will prepared for retirement they need an investment manager who can manage mutual funds professionally, as well as sales agents and providers that offer a wide selection of mutual fund products according to their individuals risk profiles and investment objectives," he said.
Eastspring Investments has been operating in Asia for over 25 years. Eastspring Indonesia was established in 2011 and is now one of the largest asset management companies in Indonesia with assets under management IDR 80.07 trillion as of 30 June2020 [AKD1] and registered and supervised by the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (IFSA).
